7 things your Coach does NOT want to hear nor deal with…
Remember you signed up for a Coach because you desired to make some important changes in your life. If you want different results in your life, then you must DO something different. Many people want the change but they don’t want to do the work! It’s important that you take your relationship serious with your Coach and you are prepared with each interaction. It is important to give them your all so they can give you their very best.
I advise you to stay connected to the same Coach for a minimum of six (6) months to develop the relationship and truly utilize their service. But here are seven (7) things that your Coach does NOT want to hear from you nor deal with:
1) You proclaiming that you can’t do something;
2) Having an excuse for everything;
3) Not putting forth any effort to improve your life;
4) Not completing your assignments on time;
5) Always talking as though you’re excited; YET no results;
6) Always wanting your Coach to DO IT FOR YOU;
7) Thinking you know more than your Coach.
Remember you are paying your Coach a fee to help you, so it’s important that you allow them to help you! Do NOT frustrate your Coach, but make it an empowering session every time by being active.
You must take ownership of your life, it is your responsibility.
These tips will help you to get the BEST out of your sessions with your Coach.
Congratulations!!!! You’re now READY for to be coached!!!
